Twinchies

In case you haven't already seen, I, with the help of 2 lovely ladies, Zoe Russell & Pauline Butcher, have begun a NEW Twinchies Challenge Blog

and this is a monthly challenge blog with a NEW challenge starting today with a new theme

Bee's & Butterflies

and this what I have come up with so far

This one is a bit dark, but I really love it, it's a Chipsters Twinchie, covered in Black Marble Dylusions which I just left to dry as with the Chipsters being white board if you roll it with kitchen roll, you get grey not black (voice of experience there :) )

Then using the Zig White Ink I lightly painted the Bark Positive Backdrop Stamp and then stamped onto the twinchie, and then using a coffee stirrer, put some of the white ink on it then rubbed across the edge of the twinchie, then a good blob of hot glue to secure my silver bee and watch.

This is Lemon Zest & Melted Chocolate Dylusions on a Chipsters Twinchie, I have then gone round the edge with Tim Holtz Distress Inks Vintage Photo direct from the pad and then stamped one of the BEAUtanicals Ferns with Vintage Photo and Ghost stamped too (stamping for a second and third time without re-inking your stamp)

This one Im a bit sad didn't photograph better as it is quite cool, it is Crushed Grape, Lemon Zest and London Blue Dylusions spritzed on a Chipster and rolled with kitchen roll, I then added on dots with Zig White Ink and drew a butterfly body the wings are made from stamping onto blank card the BEAUtanicals leaves and then coloured with postbox red and crushed grape dylusions that I have pipetted into waterbrushes, doodled on, rolled and then stuck on. I promise it is quite funky in real life.
